What is the minimum order size?
We work with enterprise businesses and typically quote on orders of 10+ units per product category. For multi-category orders or businesses with ongoing supply needs, there is no formal minimum — we're happy to work with your volume requirements. Contact us and we'll find a workable arrangement.
How quickly can you fulfill an order?
Standard orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed PO. Expedited and same-day shipping options are available for urgent needs at an additional freight cost. Your account manager will confirm exact lead times based on inventory and destination.
Do you offer Net-30 or Net-60 payment terms?
Yes. We offer Net-30 terms for qualified organizations and Net-60 for established contract customers. Credit application takes 1–2 business days. We also accept POs, credit cards, and ACH/wire transfers. We understand enterprise procurement timelines and work within them.
Can you provide warranty and compliance documentation?
Absolutely — this is a core part of our service. For every product, we can provide manufacturer warranty terms, FCC / UL / CE certification, TAA compliance letters (where applicable), RoHS test reports, and asset serial tracking. Just let your account manager know what your compliance team needs.
Do you ship outside of Texas?
Yes — we ship to all 50 US states via FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at order time based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For high-volume accounts, we can arrange preferred freight rates and direct-to-receiving-dock delivery.
Can we get samples before placing a large order?
Yes. For orders above a certain volume threshold, we can arrange sample quantities so your IT staff can evaluate laptop specs, peripheral fit, or other product attributes before you commit to a large PO. Speak to your account manager about sample availability for specific SKUs.
Do you have standing order or blanket order programs?
Yes. For businesses with predictable recurring needs, we offer standing order programs where you set a monthly or quarterly shipment schedule and we ensure inventory reservation and automatic fulfillment. Blanket POs are also accepted for annual contracted volume at locked pricing.
Do you offer TAA-compliant sourcing?
Yes. For government-adjacent and regulated-industry purchasers, we can source TAA-compliant hardware with documented country-of-origin verification. Let your account manager know if TAA compliance is a requirement for your organization so we can flag qualifying SKUs.
